Active FL/Compact license
NIH required
Degree must be from an accredited school OR have a degree from an institution that is approved by FBON in addition to having 2 yrs recent acute care experience - experience must be consecutive within the past 24 months in a US hospital, per facility requirements
Must have Epic experience
