Job Description

• Establish therapeutic relationships and create detailed care plans with patients and families.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and interventions to achieve established goals.
• Maintain open communication with team members to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and peers to ensure understanding and implementation of care plans.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience required.
• Travel: Required.
• Floating: Must be okay with floating to different units.
• Licensure: Michigan RN license verification required. Provide LARA and Nursys documentation.
• Skills Checklist: A completed skills checklist within one year of application for RN specialties is required.

• Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
