Job Description
- Establish therapeutic relationships and create detailed care plans with patients and families.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and interventions to achieve established goals.
- Maintain open communication with team members to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and peers to ensure understanding and implementation of care plans.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience required.
- Travel: Required.
- Floating: Must be okay with floating to different units.
- Licensure: Michigan RN license verification required. Provide LARA and Nursys documentation.
- Skills Checklist: A completed skills checklist within one year of application for RN specialties is required.

- Physical copies of certifications are only required if listed above.
- Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
