Cardiac monitoring experience
Assessment of lumbar drains
Wound vac dressing changes
Extensive wound management
Care for patients with epidurals
Care for tracheostomy patients
Management of chest tubes
Care for patients with surgical wound drains

Staffing Ratios: 1:4 RN-to-patient
Primary Population: Thoracotomies (lung surgeries), amputations, weight loss surgery, total joint replacement, spinal surgery, orthopedic trauma, abdominal surgeries, complicated appendix or gall bladder surgeries
