Position: Cath Lab Tech
Shift: 3x12 Days (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM), on call
Daily Caseload: 8-10 cases per tech
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year in Cath Lab Diagnostic and Intervention, including Structural
First-timers Accepted: No
Weekend Requirement: On-call only
On-call Requirement: Yes, 30-minute response time
Floating Requirement: May float within scope if needed, but will likely stay in Cath Lab
License Requirement: Must have active West Virginia license and ARRT registration to start assignment. Pending state license accepted for submission.

Certifications Required:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA only)
- BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA only)
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (not required for certain units)
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (may be required for specific units)
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (not required for ER)
- Tech Cert Verification - National
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute (required for all ER units)
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (required for nursing only)
Health Documents:
- Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
- Drug Testing (within 30 days of start)
- Flu vaccination (mandatory)
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year of start)
- Vaccination records for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
Background Checks:
- 7 Year Criminal Background Check (within 30 days of start)
- National Sex Offender Registry Check (within 30 days of start)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Special Requirements: WV does not consider RCIS as licensed to work in the Cath Lab.
Documentation Required: Valid Driver's License, Social Security Card, and various facility-specific documents.
