MUST HAVE STRONG LIVER EXPERIENCE ON SKILLS CHECKLIST. DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT STRONG LIVER EXPERIENCE.

Must have experience putting organs back in patient, not just harvesting

Years of experience REQ: 2 years of direct LIVER/TRANSPLANT OR RN experience required

First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? 1 shift per week and (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month – Nurse manager will discuss at time of interview

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's

2 years of direct LIVER/TRANSPLANT OR RN experience required

ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

1 shift per week and (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month

SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
