Locals Accepted/Rate Difference: No travelers within 50 miles of facility permitted
Target Ratios: 1:5
Shift: 4x12 Days 6:45-19:15
Call Requirement: None
Float Requirement: all inpatient areas
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Cancer, DM, PNA, General Surgery
SPECIAL PROCEDURES/UNIT DETAILS: Charge nurse on unit. Focus on Relationship Based Care. Looking for flexibility in scheduling
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Wound Vacs, Prevena Vacs, Baxter IV Pumps
UNIT SYSTEMS: Omnicell, Cerner, SBAR
UNIT ORIENTATION: 12hrs
SCRUBS: Navy Blue
