Requirements:

<ul><li>Current state license required</li><li>B.S. In Nursing or related health field preferred but not required.</li><li>Minimum of three years hospital based nursing practice with experience in utilization/case management.</li><li>BLS for Healthcare Providers required within 30 days of hire</li></ul>
