- Must have a BLS certification
- State License Verification required within 30 days of start
Job requirements
- American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel. Attach scanned copy of certification (with expiration date) to candidate's record in TrinityVMS. Must include an image of the front of card as well as an image of the back of the card.
- Must be dated within 30 days of start. For any position requiring a license or certification, attach scanned online verification page with a machine-generated date indication when the verification was performed within past 30 days.
