Do you allow self-scheduling or block scheduling?: Yes

Weekend Requirements: Limited to no call

Holiday Requirements: No holidays

What areas are they required to cover?: All clinical areas in the hospital and any outpatients

FIT TESTING / FACIAL HAIR- Please note, if a clinician for this facility has facial hair, they will be required to pass the either the Primary or Secondary fit test (3M Aura 1860 sm or reg/3M 1870+). If unable to pass - A Portacount test would be required, which CANNOT be completed on clinicians with facial hair & PAPR CANNOT be completed on site solely due to failing because of facial hair - contract would be canceled if facial hair cannot be removed.

# of patients treated per day: Outpatients: range of 0(rare) to 10(average is 5.68 per day); Inpatients range of 1-9 (average 4.4 per day)

EMR: Meditech with transition to Epic in 26/27
