Job Description

• Operate imaging equipment and review images for quality and diagnostic usefulness.
• Identify normal and abnormal imaging results.
• Communicate summaries of results to physicians and other health professionals.
• Alert physicians to urgent problems.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years required; Level 2 experience preferred; recent traveler experience highly preferred.
• Compliance: All compliance documents must be submitted one week prior to starting.
• Profile Requirements:

  • Work history
  • Skills checklist (current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty)
  • 2 supervisory reference forms (taken within the last two years)
  • Licensure & Certifications: Oklahoma State License or compact, and BLS (AHA)
  • Candidates' permanent address (local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate)

Additional Information

• Orientation:

  • Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays.
  • Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays.
• Call Policy: On-call paid at $2 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.
• Local Policy: Applicants within 50 miles of Comanche County will be considered for a placement at 11% less than the travel rate.
