Job requirements

Required for ALL Nurses except Behavioral Health RNs and Case Management RNs prior to taking the 'DCH - Dysrhythmia Exam' in DocuSign.
ICU Nurses: will also take a Pass/Fail 'Cardiac Monitor Test with 3 attempts to pass' at orientation.
ER Nurses: Will also take a Pass/Fail 'Cardiac Monitor Test with 3 attempts to pass' AND a Pass/Fail 'Triage Test with 2 attempts to pass' at orientation.
Primary source online verification required for state licensure.
There cannot be any hits or disciplinary actions on any license, even if the hits fall outside of medical practice.

Required prior to start.
Candidate must view all System Mandatory Webinars and sign the 'DCH - Policy Acknowledgement Form' prior to start.
