  • Holidays: 2 out of 3 holidays
  • Floor specific orientation: Up to 6 shifts with a preceptor

  • Unit: ER
  • Number of beds: 33 Total patient care rooms
  • Certs required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
  • Patient Ratios: 1 to 4
  • Average patients: 210 per day
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Charge Nurse: 24/7
  • ER Techs available
  • Tele: GE with central monitor station
  • Vents as needed per RT
  • IV Team not available
  • RT available 24/7
  • Pharmacy available 24/7 with Omnicell
  • Floating: Not outside of the ER
  • Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Routine/typical ER patients
