Unit specific information
- Department: IR (Tech)
- # of suites/labs: 2 labs
- # cases per day on average: 5-10
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Inpatient, outpatient, and emergent, Stroke Thrombectomy, Embolizations, Lines, Tubes, Visceral, Para, Thora, flouro, etc. No CT or US for techs
- Job Duties: Panning and scrubbing
- EMR/Equipment: EPIC and Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm
- Interventionalist hours/on call: Intensivist MD In house 24/7 MD, IR always available, on call after hours
- Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift? Team Lead there and working in the lab
- Floating Requirements: radiology pre/post requirements
- Scrub Color/Dress Code provided
- Additional Notes: Lead will be provided, bring your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoes
- Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
- RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions
- Days+Call - 36hr weekly minimum (scheduled 5-8hr shifts) Call Every third weekend and 1-2 days/week, first to float, every other holiday
