Position Details

Schedule

Work Hours: 30 hours over 2 days
- Saturday: 4 PM to Sunday 8 AM
- Sunday: 6 PM to 8 AM Monday

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Certifications:
- ARRT Certification
- NY State License (in hand)
- Injection Certified
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- National Tech Certification (as applicable)
Documentation:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Valid Driver's License
- Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing
- State License Verification (NY)
- Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
- Drug Testing (10 Panel Drug Screen)
- Vaccination documentation (Flu, COVID-19, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B)

Competencies

Age Specific Competency Exam
Core Competency Exams (Parts I, II, III)
OSHA Mandatory Training
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam

Additional Information

RTO: Request Time Off should be 7 days or less.
Testing: Travelers will take a Medication Exam and Arrhythmia Exam on their first day, with a passing score of at least 80% required.

Compliance

All travelers must review and sign the Policy and Procedure Manual, Access Control Policy, and Vendor Service Expectations prior to starting.
A Confidentiality Agreement is required, with a wet signature needed.
