Required certifications include: Valid photo ID, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, Tech Cert Verification - National, Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication), Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, Fit Mask, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap, Negative TB or Chest X-Ray, Drug Testing, Background Check
Preferred but not required: ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Required for specific units or roles: NRP for Respiratory Therapy and NICU, etc.

Will care for all age ranges and levels of acuity
BLS
PALS
2 full recent years of Pediatric ICU experience (PICU, CTICU, CRITICAL CARE FLOAT POOL)
Experience with Ventilators, trachs, multiple monitoring skills, specifically CVP and EKG

High acuity unit seeing injury, respiratory failure, shock, multi system failure, poisonings, near drowning, meningitis, post op cardiac surgical care, neurosurgery
Trauma, hem onc, DKA if PH or altered consciousness
