NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days of start

What level of experience is required?: NEED a strong Neuro and Robotics Background

Current and valid Driver's License or Government Photo ID with address is highly recommended by the client to have on file

AHA Only. RQI is accepted

NWM IL: Training Modules, Welcome Packet, Information Security Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement

Cannabis Acknowledgement must be signed by the candidate prior to start

Accommodation Request Form for Required Vaccinations must be provided within 24 hours of signed contract

Parking Instructions Guide based on NM location

Sexual Harassment Training is required for ALL candidates, must include training certificate

BIPA Consent Release must be completed by all candidates prior to start

Physical Exam required within 1 year of start. Must be in good health, free from communicable diseases, and no physical limitations to perform job duties

RespSafety Clearance is required if candidate has failed the fit test

7-year Criminal Background Check within 30 days of start

Requirements for all Non-Licensed Direct Patient Caregivers must be listed in the IL Healthcare Worker Registry as 'Work Eligibility: Eligible'
