Certification details
- L&D RN Unit: Labor & Delivery
- We are a high risk L&D facility with 16 labor rooms, 6 triage rooms, 6 antepartum rooms and 3 ORs.
- We have a level 3 NICU.
- We see all OB patients greater than 20 weeks.
- We are a teaching facility with resident coverage.
- We often see patients with chief complaints of Preeclampsia, GDM, PPROM, multiples, fetal anomalies, cardiac defects in mom or baby and many others.
- We have an OR team during the day. They handle all scheduled C-sections and most add on cases.
- We have 24/7 in house anesthesia. We do external cephalic versions during the day.

- Must have Active VA or Compact License in hand at submission

- AWHWON Intermediate preferred, not required
Job requirements
- Schedule: 11p-11a; 3x12s
- Every other weekend
- Duration: 13-weeks
- Start: VCH needs the start date listed in the job order

- Proof of I9 or Attestation.
- Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
- Proof of Everify or Attestation.
- Must check Unit Description (UD) to determine certifications required. If the UD is blank, please reach out to Program Management team to confirm certifications required.
- Required for: CVICU/CVSD, Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiopulmonary Rehab, ED, ICU, IMCU, GI Unit, Hemodialysis, Interventional Radiology, Labor and Delivery, PACU, Radiology Safety Nurses, Respiratory Therapy, Stepdown/PCU, Supplemental Pool Telemetry Nurses, Telemetry
- Vaccine information: The Flu vaccine is required during flu season (Oct 1st - Mar 31st). If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler’s request complies with CMS guidelines. Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation.
