  • *DCH is unable to accommodate RTO requests for the following holiday dates: 11/28, 11/29, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1
  • Margin/OT Billing Rules for candidates contracted for 48 hours: OT is billed after 48hrs
  • ITC & perm staff must be separated from DCH for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
  • Nursys: No hits are allowed, if there is a hit of ANY kind it is an automatic redirect
  • Locals are welcome to submit
  • Specialty: MS/Tele, 36H or 48H available
  • Med Surg & MS/Tele Ratios: 1:5/6 with occasional 1:7. This is a fast pace/high case load facility – please ensure candidates are cleared on the job requirements prior to submitting
  • Experience Required: 2 years
  • First time travelers are accepted
  • Floating Required: Must be willing to float within specialty and between campuses (4.5 miles away)
  • Skills required: MS/Tele and Telemetry Experience, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response experience, Post MI, IV Insulin Protocols, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management and Renal Failure, IV Therapy/Phlebotomy, PCA, CVA, Surgical Drains, and Respiratory/Thoracic experience
  • Skills preferred: Experience with Traumatic Brain Injuries, Ortho Trauma, Peripheral Nerve Block Catheters, and Total Joint Replacements
  • EMR experience required though Meditech Expanse training is covered during orientation
  • Patient Diagnoses: Nephrology, Telemetry and Dialysis patients with a few surgical patients
  • Patient Age Groups: Adults and Geriatrics
  • 32 Beds
  • Must pass cardiac exam during orientation
  • Every other weekend required
    Job requirements
  • 2 years experience in MS/Tele and Telemetry
  • Willingness to float within specialty and between campuses
  • Skills in MS/Tele, cardiac monitoring, emergency response, various medical and surgical procedures
    Schedule information
  • 36H or 48H available
  • OT is billed after 48hrs for candidates contracted for 48 hours
  • Every other weekend required

  • Patient Diagnoses: Nephrology, Telemetry, Dialysis, and a few surgical patients

    Additional Details
  • Perm staff must have been termed for 6 months and must be greater then 85 miles from the facility
  • No hits are allowed on Nursys, automatic redirect if any
  • Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required
