National Certs REQ: ARRT and FL state license REQUIRED; AHA ACLS and BLS, **RCIS also preferred in addition to the required certs.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

Open to accommodating block schedule? No

Pending License accepted: No

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 for 12’s 3- 40 for 8/10’s
