Qualifications
- Years of Experience Required: 1 year
- Experience Required: Med-Surg experience, Epic
- First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes
- License Required: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License
- Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred for specific units
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred for pediatric units
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred for trauma units

Patient Population
- The CIU is an 18-bed adult acute care unit, divided into a 6-bed Acute Care side and a 12-bed side for patients with both medical and behavioral health needs. The unit is staffed with a free float charge nurse and patient care technicians when fully staffed.

- Initial physical exam (updated annually)
- Fit test for N95 masks within 90 days prior to start
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days
- Drug screening (10 panel) within 90 days
- COVID-19 vaccination records (highly preferred)
Background Check: Required for all travelers, including verification of last 3 clinical employers.
References: Proof of 2 clinical references required.
Employment Application: Must include all PTO, contract assignments, and agency names.
Education Verification: Required, with a copy of diploma or transcripts preferred.
