  • At least 2 years acute care experience
  • RNs required to titrate drips
  • Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Insulin, Heparin, Nitro up to 30mcg, Dobutamine up to 5mcg, Dopamine up to 5 mcg, Cardizem up to 30 mcg only for patients already on oral Cardizem, may not be used for new onset arrythmias
    Schedule information
  • 12 hour shifts, full time
  • Every other weekend
  • Scheduling based on staffing need to cover the entire med-surg division
  • Holiday Requirement: Yes, 1-2 winter holidays
  • Call or standby requirement: Yes, up to 4 times during contract duration
    Unit specific information
  • Ratios: In all units, RNs take 4-5 patients
  • CHAs take 8-11 patients
  • Med Surg units across several floors with various specialties
  • Tele are monitored remotely by telemetry techs
  • RNs verify telemetry readings
    Additional Details
  • Expect to float wherever they are needed
  • COVID Vaccine Required
  • Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able re-add that back in.
