- Unit: Occupational Health Jerome
- # of patients treated per day: 8 to 10. 1 therapist per day.
- Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Ortho-total joints, neuro- strokes, occasional brain injuries, don't see TBI; medical, and General ICU.
- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed.
- What areas are they required to cover: Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed.
- Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: See job requirements section.
- EMR: EPIC
- Is there an OT Manager/Supervisor on each shift: Manager
- Do you staff Rehab Aides: COTAs: no

Additional Details

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs permitted, must not match color of other departments.
List of colors available upon hire.
How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: Usually 2-3 days in the department.
Travelers should plan on working M-F 5 8's to accommodate the onboarding schedule.
This facility has a radius rule of 50 miles.
