Job details

Under the guidance of the CT clinical supervisor, a trained technologist performs all diagnostic procedures with the knowledge of all pertinent and academic areas to produce consistent, high quality exams.
The CT technologist works effectively with patients and physicians and maintains a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel.
Recognizes the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one, and to put forth the utmost quality as a technologist.
The training they receive will enable this person to perform all necessary procedures on patients in all age groups.
Dress Code: Personal scrubs any color
EMR: HMS Medhost
Patient Population: Newborn - Geriatric
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work ONE of the following: Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after.

Job requirements

Minimum 2 years current Imaging/CT experience - Required
MUST HAVE ARRT (CT) CERTIFICATION - REQUIRED
ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY/HIT THE GROUND RUNNING - REQUIRED
IV Skills - Required
Proficiency with MediTech, Phillips, Siemens, AGFA DR, Siemens, OEC C-arm - Highly Preferred
Travel experience – Preferred
Bachelor Degree - Preferred

Additional Details

This is a small community without public transport.
Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
This is a firm requirement.
