Banner has a specific cover page! Please vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT/work in.

Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.

All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.

All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.

All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.

Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays.

All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.

Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED

No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED

Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)

Driver's License

Please add vaccination status in the submission notes.

Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.

Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.

Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
