Chemo Cert required for Oncology

TNCC required for ER

Stroke CEUs required for all RNs and specific therapists

Completion of certification courses and provision of valid state licensure/certification for the services being performed

Start Date: Orient every other Monday, but need 4 weeks for compliance purposes

Shift: 3x12 nights

Ratios: 1:3-4

Years of Experience REQ: Progressive Care or Step-Down experience in an acute care facility, IV insertion and tele interpretation skills required

First-Timers Accepted: Previous travel is preferred

Weekend REQ: TBD

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Various cardiac-related surgeries and conditions

Any special procedure done on the unit: Thoracentesis, emergent chest tube placement potential with LVRP

Common Equipment: Central lines, IJ introducers, radial artery devices, temp pacemakers, pericardial drains

1 Year of Epic Experience preferred

Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes, occasionally to various units

Experience with managing a variety of cardiac post-surgery conditions and procedures

Start Date: Needs 4 weeks for compliance, with orientations on Mondays

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
