American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
Must include an image the front of card as well as an image of the back of the card.
Must be dated within 30 days of start.

Fit Test required.
Trinity Code of Conduct Form compliance is necessary.

Schedule information

Contract length is for 13 weeks.

Additional Details

A 9 Panel Drug Screen is required within 30 days of start date.
Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information Agreement compliance is essential.
Color Vision testing required.
