Drs/Residents/NP/PA’s are always available to see your pt or give you orders. Most of the staff in the critical care units are helpful.
Cons
They frequently don’t have phlebotomists so you have to draw your own labs. They have a SWAT RN, but they want you to try putting in your own PIV’s first. Same as anywhere else- if you are a Travel RN you will get the worst assignment, get the first admit, and be the first to get pulled.
