Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position

Requirements

Licenses/Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Arizona RN License
Experience: Cerner experience is required, specifically with Cerner Maternity as the reporting system.

Job Responsibilities

Provide care during the antepartum, intrapatum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of obstetrical care to Labor and Delivery patients.
Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in planning for safe delivery of care.
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff.
Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Additional Information

The primary site is Northwest Medical Center, with potential floating to nearby facilities (Oro Valley Hospital or Northwest Houghton) within a 25-mile radius. Ample time will be provided for any location changes.
