Staffing:
- Physical Therapists: 20
- Occupational Therapists: 12
Patient Ratios: 12 patients per day
Type of Equipment: Standard for rehab services
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech

Shift Information

Day Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Weekend Requirement: Must cover a Saturday or Sunday shift every week while on contract

Required Qualifications

Licensure: Licensed PT or OT in the state of Texas
Experience:
- Must have acute care experience, including clinical rotations while in school
- Preferred: Experience with complex trauma and complex neuro patients
