Job Specifications

• Unit: Physical Therapy
• Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend Requirements: 2 weekend shifts per month
• Call Requirements: To be discussed during the interview

Required Skills and Experience

• Mandatory:

  • In-Patient Rehab and/or hospital experience (minimum 2 years)
• Preferred:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital settings
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • NDT or brain injury certifications

Certifications Required

• Active PT License (no temporary licenses allowed)

Unit Specifics

• Documentation System: Meditech
• Floating Policy: As needed; all travelers are required to float

Dress Code

• Scrub Color: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pants, sage green scrub jacket. White or black undershirts only.
• Nail Policy: Clean and healthy
• Hair: Neat and clean, no extreme styles or colors
• Facial Hair: Must be clean and neatly trimmed
• Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible
• Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
