Assignment Duration: 13 weeks

Shift Times/Schedule: RN Need #1: Days, 7am-7:30pm; RN Need #2: Nights, 7pm-7:30am; LPN Need: Nights, 7pm-7:30am

Specialty Requirements/Years of Experience: At least one year of experience

Special Procedures/Equipment: None

Patient Ratio: 1:5, flex 6

Charting System Experience: Paragon

Weekend/On Call Requirements: Rotate weekends, call shifts not required

Floating Requirements: May be required per Holzer policy

First Time Traveler (Y/N): Y

Scrub Color: Any solid color combination

Certifications: BLS/ACLS

Weekend/On Call Requirements: Rotate weekends, call shifts not required

Must carry a valid government issued photo ID while on assignment

SSC required

Please require if nurse is working on a compact license

FYI requirement - Radiation Badge required for all candidates going to Cath Lab unit, Including Tech’s. (X-Ray Tech’s have badges). Facility will supply badge to candidate, Aya is not responsible.
