Job details

Sub requirements - Cover Sheet, Resume, Skills Checklist and Certification.
Will work every other weekend/on-call
Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in a Level I or Level II trauma ctr or large teaching hospital with experience in multiple services including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Thoracic, Trauma, Oral-Maxillofacial, ENT, General, Ophthalmology, Gyne, Ortho/Plastics Hand, Plastics, Urology, Colo-Rectal, Pediatric and Adult.
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends. Backfilling E. [Sensitive Information Removed]

Government-Issued photo ID required. Color or Black & White acceptable. Must be clear and legible.
Refer to Unit Description/cost center to confirm certifications required per unit.
ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, Chemotherapy, and other certifications might be required depending on the unit.
National Certification/Verification as applicable by Profession and State.
State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP).
NIH Stroke Certification required for specific specialties starting October 14, 2024.
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required based on start date criteria.
