Current/valid Drivers License/State ID or government photo ID required.
License Verification required within 30 days of start.
All candidates must have an active LA License or Compact License upon submission effective immediately.
NURSYS required within 30 days of start.

Additional Details

If certification expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date.
