Job requirements
- Alternating 4x10 and 5x8 Days 7am-3:30pm or 7am-5:30pm or 7:30am-4pm or 8am-5:30pm, weekdays. Float, On-Call (1-2 weekdays per 2 week period & 1x every 5-6th weekend), Holidays within contract.
Schedule information
- Quantiferon Gold/TB test or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start. Physical Exam within 1 year of start.
