    Job details
  • Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities.
  • The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30).
  • Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule.
  • Must have IN or compact license IN HAND to sub. No pending licenses accepted.
  • on call one evening per week and every 4th or 5th weekend.
    Job requirements
  • ACLS BLS required.
  • Ablations.
  • Implants-ICD, PPM.
  • Structural Heart: TAVR, LAAO.
  • STEMI call required.
  • Interventional Radiology and Peripheral Vascular: ports, drains, biopsies, central lines, thrombectomy, PCI, dialysis access issues.
  • Pre/Post area does bedside TEEs and cardioversions.
    Schedule information
  • on call one evening per week and every 4th or 5th weekend.
    Unit specific information
  • The position includes responsibilities in perioperative nursing units, as well as in specialized units that might have more specific requirements and guidelines.
    Additional Details
  • Locals accepted: Yes, with a specified difference in bill rate for travelers who reside within 50 miles of their assigned IU Health Facility.
