Position Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Call Requirement:

  • 2x 3-hour call shifts per week
  • Must confirm candidate is aware and agrees before submitting
• Work Schedule:

  • 4x10 hour shifts
  • Includes weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting)
  • Skilled in the following areas:

    • Ortho Spine
    • Total Joints
    • Neuro
    • General
    • Vascular
    • ENT
    • Plastics

Additional Information

• Documentation Requirements:

  • Proof of W4
  • I9 form for audits
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) certification for OBGYN
  • EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification for RNs in Labor and Delivery
  • State License Verification
  • NIH Stroke Certification for specific specialties
  • Various health documents including TB tests, vaccinations, and fit tests

• Background Check:

  • 7-year criminal background check including SSN trace, county searches, state-wide searches, federal searches, national criminal checks, and national sex offender checks.

• References:

  • Two satisfactory references required.

• Employment Application:

  • Required for compliance audits.
