scrubs provided hospital-wide, traveler friendly, fun area. free parking. rural enough you can enjoy the outdoors in any direction but also city enough that you have access to pretty much anything you might need.

Cons

around summer months, can be difficult to get decent housing rent$, hospital is trauma 1 teaching but still does some small hospital sub-par standards. very limited protocols that are easily accessible.
