- Day Shift
- First full week of orientation; M-F, from 0930 - 1800hrs
- Limited on-call (2 days/month)
- No weekends unless mutually agreed upon
- No holidays unless mutually agreed upon

- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Personal scrubs required
- Department Specific Orientation: Yes, during the first full week
- Number of scanners/rooms in the department: Two
- Radiology Supervisor: Name removed

- Average number of scans/studies per day: 13
- No scrubs are provided, Traveler must use their own scrubs
- Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able re-add that back in
