Case Manager/Care Coordinator
75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS

Please note, any time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval; time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved
When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment
Inpatient/Acute Care Experience (minimum, current 12-months) is required
Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment
This is a 13-week contract assignment and requires at least one 13-week previous travel assignment and two (2) years current experience required in specialty
EMR: EPIC experience required
Orientation: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training
Scrubs: Required and not provided by the facility

Schedule information

Varied - starts at 8am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs
Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required
Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location
Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts
Position will float to other areas as needed, within scope of practice

Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position
