BLS

The Echocardiographer is responsible for performing Transthoracic echocardiograms setting up and assisting with Transesophageal Echocardiograms and under the direction of a trained echocardiographer setting up and performing exercise and Dobutamine Stress Echocardiograms to the standards set forth by the American Society of Echocardiography and Froedtert Hospital.

One to three years experience as a cardiac sonographer is required.

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
