- This position requires Epic experience.
- RNs with level I trauma center experience are preferred.
- Experience in floating to a variety of ICUs is highly desired.
- Candidates must be competent to care for ICU patients in multiple environments such as neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement.
- A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital, or 2 years of combined traveling and permanent experience is required.
- The facility is examining the reason for the opening, whether it's related to a special need, an internal vacancy, or leave coverage.
- There may be a need to float to other units.
- The facility is evaluating the number of beds.
- Experience requirements are being considered.
- Candidates will be informed about the involvement of other individuals in the organization during the interview or selection process.
- The facility's position on reviewing clinicians with pending state licenses is addressed.
- Potential rehire opportunities for past employees are being looked into.
- Details on work schedules, EMR systems, dress code, and parking will be provided.
