Charge Nurse: clinical supervisor, will do break relief and do not take patient assignment
Floating: to tele 1:4 ratio could also float between med/surg floors
Floor specific orientation: 1 shift on unit
Common diagnosis/Types of patients: medical patients and post op/surgical patient population
Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: hospitalist 24/7
IV Team: no
RT 24/7: yes
Pharmacy 24/7: yes
