Experience REQ: phlebotomy and IV insertion

Adult pre and post bariatric/gi surgical patient population. Working with a team of 3 RN's and 1 CMA.

Additional Details

Attestation confirming work eligibility in the US and completion of I-9 form required.
Copy of Driver's License Required
Copy of Social Security Card is required.
Individuals must complete facility-initiated modules and documents.
