Current certification issued by an acceptable agency - AAP, AHA or Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS).
Valid state nursing license

Additional Details

Physical Exam within 1 year of start. Must be signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO. Indicate free of infectious disease, able to work with or without accommodation (specify any accommodations needed). Does not need to be updated annually unless contracted to Providence Health and Services – HCC hospital system. Effective 2/5/2024, HCC placements must update physical annually.
