Job details

Registered Nurse position available at University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.
This role involves being part of the SRO Float Pool floating to various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother baby.
Candidates must have PICU and NICU experience and be comfortable with peds, candidates with previous NICU/PICU float pool experience can be considered.
This is an 8-week contract starting on 12/9 with a requirement to work 48 hours a week, including days, every other weekend, and availability for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and New Years Eve.
No time off is allowed during the contract period.
Applicants must have Epic experience.

Job requirements

Must adhere to UVAs float policy.
Can submit with VA license pending.
Clinical review and auto offer.

Schedule information

48 hours a week required.
The schedule includes day shifts and every other weekend.
Availability required for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and New Years Eve.

Unit specific information

Additional Details

Proof of I9 or Attestation needed.
Government-issued photo ID to be carried on person during hours of service.
