Registered Nurse to work in a high acuity ICU at Ochsner Medical Center, with a patient ratio of 1:2. Float requirement to other ICUs and SDUs. Experience with Epic EMR required. Will accept first-time travelers.
CVICU Skills include caring for post-op CABG, valve replacement/repair, aortic dissection, IABP, PA Cath.
SICU Skills include general post-op care for surgical recovery patients.

MUST WORK 48 HOURS PER WEEK
8 WEEK ASSIGNMENT
NO HOLIDAY RTO - MUST BE WILLING TO WORK THE HOLIDAYS: THANKSGIVING, DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY, NEW YEARS EVE, & NEW YEARS DAY

Additional Details

Current/valid Drivers License/State ID or government photo ID required in color.
ACLS required for ICU and Operating Room roles, including CVICU and SICU.
Must provide proof of renewal if it expires within 30 days of start date.
