    Job details
  • Shift: 3x12s, every other weekend (36 guaranteed hours) no flexibility, no block, 5 days RTO Max (cannot be consecutive)
  • Population/Unit: Units included in float pool: Burn ICU, CCU, Medical ICU, SICU, Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU - Up to ratios -1:2, 1:4, 1:5
  • Cook is a mandatory float facility.
  • Required Skills: Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, Arterial Line Management, Central Lines, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive Drips, BiPAP/CPAP, Ventilated Patients & Management, Interpretation of ABG's, Suctioning, Isolation Precautions
    Job requirements
  • Cerner (preferred), license in hand, 2+ years of ICU experience, first time traveler = ok
    Schedule information

    Additional Details
  • Government-Issued photo ID required
  • Refer to UD/cost center to confirm certifications required per unit.

  • Physical Exam within 12 months start, and updated annually.
  • Tdap Vaccine within 10 years, or Signed Declination.
  • Negative PPD, QGold, or TSPOT within 12 months start, and updated annually.
