The Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care focusing on sobriety and managing psychiatric issues.
Treatment approach includes high-quality intervention, medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal, stabilization, and education for recovery.

Job requirements

5 years of experience as an LPN required (recent experience within the last 3 months).
Psych/Behavioral Health experience along with the age groups treated should be listed on the resume.
Must have pediatric/child psych experience listed in the resume.
Willingness to float to other units and take charge LPN shifts.
Consideration for first-time travelers.

Schedule information

Start Date: 12/9; firm start, no exceptions.
No RTO exceeding 7 days, certain blackout dates apply.
Travelers must work 2 of the 3 holidays based on facility needs.

Unit specific information

Work within the multidisciplinary team in the Children's Unit.
Clinical supervision of Mental Health Workers (MHWs) to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.
Charge LPN shifts as required.
Flexibility to accommodate facility housing offerings based on availability.

My assignment was in March 2022: As an LPN, worked as a tech and as a nurse on the floor so I was able to understand the process and patients better. The team work was great. Everyone took their job seriously. The food in the cafeteria was healthy and tasty.
