Job requirements

2+ years OT experience in an Rehab/outpatient setting
Experience with Adolescent/Adult and Geriatric patients - Required
Doctorate - Highly preferred
Previous travel experience - Preferred
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Profile Requirements: Cover page, Work History, 1 Reference (Supervisory Signed from w/i past two years of employment), License/Certifications (as required by posting)
