    Job details
  • Travelers Who Live within 50 miles of the facility will receive a lower local rate.
  • Under the supervision of the Unit Director, the RN performs patient care functions as approved by the State of Maine Board of Nursing and St. Joseph Hospital policies and procedures.
  • The Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse will provide direct supervision for the shift the RN is assigned.
    Job requirements
  • Education: Current Maine RN license
  • BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • MOAB or CPI certifications preferred, but not required
  • Experience: Telemetry experience preferred
  • Other Skills Required: Must be a team player, have strong communication skills as well the ability to multi-task.
  • Flexible hours
    Additional Details
  • Traveler must reside outside the state of Maine
  • Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
  • St. Joseph's can cancel up to 3 shifts per 13 week contract
